If you are interested to live with us, contact the apartment leader to arrange arrival dates and timings , a deposit of 50 usd reservation fee is charged to assure the arrival of the new roommate , the payment can be done in cash or trough PAYPAL with any credit or debit card from any country in the world, visits to the apartment can me also arrange by the apartment leader.
In order to maintain the best environment possible , we try to make a selection of the roomies that wish to live with us , our choice is not based on discriminatory judgment , we pick the people depending what suits more for us depending on the length of their stay and the profile of the candidates, our apartment leaders are incharge to make the final choice and they must reply to all candidates.
